Adrenal Dysfunction?

The adrenals affect our hormones, digestion, sleep and overall health. They are intimately related to the functioning of the thyroid. If the adrenals are burning up our nutrients then the thyroid cannot function properly and this in turn affects our metabolism, mental health, energy and more.


Take the following questionnaire to assess your chances of having depleted adrenals:

If your risk is on the high side of medium or high it is worth looking at implementing lifestyle and dietary changes that can help support your adrenals and reduce your stress levels.
