Emotional Freedom Technique

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves tapping on acupuncture points in a particular way and is a simple yet powerful way of releasing emotional residues that are attached to specific memories in the past.

How can EFT help?

Unprocessed emotions influence and negatively impact our present thinking, behaviour, choices and even our health. There are many ways we can move through these emotions with EFT and feel the benefits of their acknowledgement and release.

• insecurity • frustration • unfulfillment • physical pain

 

How I work

Sessions are one hour long. A few sessions are recommended as it is often more powerful and effective when you have a witness who can guide and hold space for you through the process.

You will leave empowered with a tapping procedure that you can call upon as a tool to support yourself.

£45 – 1 hour session
£200 – 5 x sessions
